The authors studied the effect of different content of protein and aminoacids in ration of hybrid piglets on metabolism of nitrogenous metabolites and meat quality for the purpose of optimization of feed composition. It was shown, that the consumption of rations with balanced aminoacids mixture promote to the more effective usage of nitrogen-bearing substances of the feed during protein synthesis and more intensive accumulation of muscle mass that result in the improvement of meat quality. The optimal content of crude protein, lysine and methionine+cystine per 1 kg of food during growing period is 194,6; 9,25 and 6,4 g, respectively, during first fattening period - 157,9; 8,0 and 5,2 g, during second fattening period - 152,0; 6,5 and 4,9 g.
