Metaphorization phenomenon in the legal language is featured along with some issues related to metaphoric usage across legal and related contexts. Professionally-shared metaphors are conceived as comprehensible for the relevant communities and resultant of the professional worldview. Terminological metaphors are exemplified by technical terms from different law branches.
