Metastatic melanoma of skin (review)

Application of chemotherapy for metastatic melanoma of skin is discussed in the review. Comparative analysis of results of randomized and non-randomized studies in which effectiveness of different medications for treatment of melanoma of III-IV stages has been made. Therapeutic significance of different medications used for palliative therapy alone or in combination with other chemotherapeutics is discussed.
