The methodical basis of the "circular training" is the repeated execution of certain movements, in conditions of exact dosing of the load and the precisely established order of its change and alternation with rest. Therefore, circular training is an organizational and methodical form of physical exercises, aimed primarily at the integrated development of motor qualities. One of the most important features - a clear standardization of physical activity and at the same time a strict individualization of it. The main form of training for pupils in school is a lesson in physical culture. Through the system of lessons a purposeful pedagogical influence is carried out, basic educational, health and educational tasks are being solved. Interestingly submitted system of physical exercises largely prejudices the success of the class, adjusts those engaged in the working mood and most often determines the ultimate goal of the school work.
Life requires improving the physical preparedness of students in general education schools. For this purpose, use the method of circular training, which is very popular. A significant number of students, it allows you to exercise simultaneously and independently, achieving a high motor density. In these classes, there is a real possibility of using the maximum amount of various equipment and equipment. Exercises of circular training complexes are well coordinated with the material of lessons, contribute to overall physical development. Studies have confirmed the effectiveness of circular training, even when used in 50% of lessons. Where it is introduced, the level of development of strength is significantly increased, the dynamometry of the right and left hand increases, and the strength of the force increases. An analysis of changes in physical fitness allows us to note the effective effect of circular training on improving static strength endurance and speed of movement.
Circular training, as an integral form of physical training, accustoms students to independent thinking in the development of motor qualities, develops an algorithm of pre-planned motor actions, brings up the concentration and organization when performing exercises. Essential is the fact that circular training provides an individual approach to each student, allows you to maximally use the time planned for physical training.
Circular training, carried out at physical training classes, is an integral organizational and methodical form of physical training. It does not boil down to any one method of performing exercises, it includes a number of particular methods of strictly regulated exercise with a selective general effect on the body of students. It organically fits into a specific series of training sessions, helps the teacher to perform educational activities.
So, the basis of the circular training is the repeated fulfillment of the prescribed actions, movements in the conditions of precise dosing of the load and the exact order of its change and alternation with rest. This distinguishes the method of strictly regulated exercise from the game and competitive methods, which are characterized by only approximate regulation and only an approximate program of actions.
Complexes of exercises are selected depending on the passage of a certain topic and taking into account the acquisition of the class. The lessons use shells, which are equipped with a large (gaming) and small [gymnastic] sports halls to prepare places for classes takes 3-4 minutes, even less time is spent cleaning the shells. This achieves a high level of organization of the lesson.
Another advantage: the students only have to "walk" through all the projectiles [stations] once to get a high versatile load. Pedagogy asserts that it is impossible to name certain universal methods of teaching. Each method is effective if it most successfully solves the intended task. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the optimal combination of means, methods and forms of training, this method is best suited for circular training.
At lessons also the evident help - control cards, cards for work on stations is used. Such cards are completed on separate topics. Most of the exercises included in the cards are already familiar to the students, so when they are performed there are no difficulties. But if necessary, individual exercises are first learned from the students.
Working on the method of circular training, the age characteristics of students should be taken into account. Each age period has its own peculiarities in the structure, functions of individual systems and organs, which change in connection with physical training and sports.
