The article describes the differentiated program of physical rehabilitation of patients with hypertension at the polyclinic stage, and evaluates its effectiveness. The inclusion of all elements of gymnastics in classes, the use of therapeutic swimming, autogenic training, dosed walking, therapeutic massage contributes to the normalization of heart rate, lowering blood pressure, improving general well-being and increasing physical performance of patients.
