Diagnostic method for the equipment, machines and mechanisms

The new contactless method of definition a zone of plastic deformation at equipment, machines and mechnisms tests for maximum loads is offered. At the heart of method lies measurement of size of the thermal field shown at deformation, with the help thermo imager, that allows to define maximum permis-sible loading on units of equipment, machines and mechanisms. Deformation fields of polymeric materi-als with the help thermo imager at monoaxial loading are researched. It is investigated the kinetics of de-formation and thermal field. The interrelation of deformations field and thermal field is shown.
