Work is devoted to the description of method of lung cancer diagnostics by means of one-chained DNA-oligonucleotides, specific to a tumoral lung tissue, received by cell-SELEX technology method. Researches showed that short one-strand DNA are capable to reveal in blood plasma of oncologic patients products of tumoral tissue disintegration and can be used for diagnostics of a lung cancer.
