The method of discourse-legal analysis and legal-positivist cognition of law

In the given article the author aims to demonstrate an example of his application of discourse-legal analysis of the text of the constitutional law of the RF, with relation to the fundamentals of restricted theory of the legal discourse, formulate on this basis conclusions and recommendations for im-provement of the regulations of the existing legislation of the Russian Federation.
