Global control improvement method for non-homogeneous discrete systems

We consider a class of non-homogeneous discrete systems (VAT), both widely used in practice, and resulting in the discretization of continuous systems in the solution of optimization problems by iterative methods. For this class, sufficient optimality conditions are formulated in two forms and an analog of the Krotov global improvement method is constructed. An illustrative example is given
