Method and tool for preventing injury in road transportation accidents of technological processes in AIC

Traffic safety of vehicles in the agro-industrial complex and in the country as a whole is constantly in the center of attention of specialists. This is due to the high level of traffic accidents, both in the world and in their country as a whole and separately in the agro-industrial complex. Moreover, such incidents occur for very different reasons and circumstances, both anthropogenic and organizational, technical and environmental influences. Among these accidents by their type, a significant number of road accidents are associated with collisions with people. The article shows the dynamics of accidents of the named type for 2015-2018 in comparison with the data for the country as well as for 2005-2015 for the Leningrad region and St. Petersburg. Despite the above, as shown by the analysis of patent research and patent search, effective preventive measures for the problem under discussion have not been proposed either in the country or abroad. Taking into account the consequences of such a situation, ending with serious injuries or fatal, as well as the lack of effective methods of tools to ensure the prevention of this kind of accidents, an innovative author's solution that excludes these types of injuries is justified and developed and tested for operability. A description of the tool is given, the principle of its operation and model laboratory tests have confirmed their performance. Thus, the innovative method and tool supplement the proposed by the authors strategy and tactics of dynamic reduction and elimination of industrial injuries, injuries and accidents and other types of economic activity. The solution to the problem will be facilitated by significant social and material efficiency thanks to primitive preventive measures instead of compensatory ones.
