Method of an individual silicone matrix in reconstruction odontology

The problem of restitution of function and shape of teeth is one of fundamental ones in therapeutic odontology. At each stage of the historical development the stomatologic science improved methods of restitution of teeth and with each new idea the problem of restoration of teeth became even simpler. In this article a method which can simplify the procedure of restoration of problem teeth is put forward. The technique of teeth restoration with "a silicone key" lies behind the method, which was altered and modified, with the result of obtaining a technique of restitution of teeth with "an individual silicone matrix". Conclusion. This method of restitution of teeth is perspective and of high importance, since the philosophy of modern therapeutic odontology is esthetics and functionality of restoration. This method satisfies all the above-mentioned principles, moreover, it simplifies their execution. Furthermore, the technique can be applied at classical Black class 2 restorations, combining it with the technique of restorations with a silicone key.
