Method of expert evaluation of the influence of factors on the promotion of the material flow

The article discusses the functioning of the material flow at each stage of the logistic system of the enterprise. Factors influencing its progress are determined. Due to the matrix model of generating a list of a logically possible variety of alternative variants, a set of factors that influence, the influence on particular criteria for the promotion of the material flow, is compiled. With the help of an adapted method of peer review at each stage of material flow progress, an assessment is made of the degree of influence of the identified factors on the efficiency of material flow progress and the degree of controllability of these factors.
