An extended form of interpretation for Fourier transform (FT) generalized modification in terms of operator form and eigen-functions conception is presented. generalization types designed for FT are associated with rotation of the time-frequency plane (hence the term "rotated FT" - RFT) and realized in new varieties of Fourier series and discrete time FT. the relations of RFT with time-frequency transforms, with chirp-signals and the possibility of RFT application to multiplexing and filtering non-stationary signals in IMS are considered.
