Generalized source method in three-dimensional reciprocal space

The generalized source method of rigorous solutions to the light scattering and diffraction problems is formulated for the basic solution as a homogeneous isotropic medium Greens function in three-dimensional Fourier space. We obtain equations allowing us to formulate a numerical method of linear complexity with respect to the number of calculation mesh nodes. Possible applications of the method are discussed.
