The method of justifying requirements for the building of global hydrometeorological space system and the details of its programmatic implementation

The method of justifying requirements for the building of global hydrometeorological space system and the principles of its programmatic implementation are described in the article. The developed method allows to designspace system providing necessary frequency of the Earth remote sensing data getting. The schemes of algorithms of programmatic implementation of the method and for its modules are presented in the article. The results of calculations by using the developed program and their analysis are presented.
