The method of estimation of the elastic-deformable objects intense condition

It is considered the effect of red and violet splitting of radiations from the secondary issue arising around the contact between elastic-deformable metal and dielectric under influence of the individual electropulse, which stimulates the fluctuations in metal on the phonon level. Experimental confirmation of the prospective mechanism of low-frequency modulation of an electric field by phonones is given.
