The article deal with the problems of measurement and estimation of a grade of service of the enterprise delivery chain. The author analyses the main indicators of the service level of the enterprise clients. The model of the estimation of a grade of service with the help of which the enterprise can hold strategic management by the infrastructure of the delivery chain is formed.
