The new method of identification the axial and centrifugal moments of inertia in a point of a body, a tensor matrix is presented to inertia of a body on devices with friction and aerodynamic resistance. The executive device and the system of reversive-symmetric program movements providing definition of inertial parameters with accuracy, not dependent on friction is offered. The executive device which is carrying out a method is offered.
