Search method of fixed point for improvement of control parameters

The method of non-local improvement are considered to focus on a linear control parameters problem for optimization dynamical systems. Not-local improvement is provided with the solution of problem on fixed point for the continuous and unequivocal correspondence designed on the basis of projective operation on set of values of parameters. Article is devoted to algorithms of the solution of problem on fixed point for perturbation method at realization of not-local improvement control parameters.
