The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and empirical study of the impact of reducing the cost of unproductive work on the efficiency of the employee's activity on the example of a manufacturing enterprise. Increasing the productivity and efficiency ofpersonnel is very important in the context of a reduction in the economically active population in Russia, and increased sanctions pressure from unfriendly countries. According to the OECD, the productivity of 1 man-hour of work in Russia for 2020 is 33 US dollars, in Germany 76 US dollars, in the United States of America 80 US dollars, France 79 US dollars USA. The reserves for increasing the efficiency of the activity of employees of manufacturing enterprises are the reduction of costs for unproductive work: reducing unnecessary, double, repeated work and improving the quality of labor products. However, the current level of development of the theory does not allow carrying out systematic activities to identify and use the reserves of the efficiency of the work of workers in the conditions of industrial enterprises. There is no single theoretical system that combines the concepts of employee performance, productive activity, extra, double, repeated work, and others. The insufficient development of the knowledge system does not allow developing and effectively implementing a set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of employees. Our article is devoted to the justification and development of a method for improving the efficiency of employees.
Efficiency of the worker, improving the efficiency of the work of workers, increasing the productive time of the worker, reducing the cost of the worker for unproductive work, reducing unnecessary, double and repetitive work
