The following is based on a long-term series of observations of physical values of air temperature, precipitation during the cold period of the year (for this X and III months), indicators of solar activity: the number of sunspots, the power of the Sun's radiation. The hydrothermal coefficient of Selyaninov (GTK) of the ratio of the amount of precipitation to the sum of temperatures for the winter period of the year was calculated. Empirical linear dependences of the Amu Darya runoff volume on the hydrothermal parameters of the Shurchi meteorological station were selected for the study. The work is intended for forecasters of basin water resources administrations for dry years.
