Method of developing a map of city hot spot by the concentration of road accidents

Information about traffic conditions such as traffic congestion, detours, and accidents can be communicated to users and other parts of the system in an efficient manner to influence user decisions on a travel itinerary and thereby avoid a potential traffic problem. According to the World Health Organization, approximately 1.2 million people worldwide die every year and about 40 times more are injured in road traffic accidents. This article provides a method for determining the hot spots of traffic accidents in the city and compiling a digital map of their hot spots using the QGIS software. Determination of hot spots of road accidents in the city makes it possible to analyze and take action on the causes of occurrence and prevent the latter.
