PAPR reduction method in future mobile broadband communication networks based on DFT-S-OFDM technology

This article proposes a method for reducing the peak power of the emitted signal in DFT-s-OFDM systems for future 5G and 6G mobile networks, based on the use of an improved “raised cosine” shaping filter, as well as ZT-DFT-s-OFDM technology, which provides increase in energy efficiency. We present various waveforms and modulation schemes that would be both energy and spectral efficient. The analysis of the peak-to-average power ratios of the signals with various DFT-s-OFDM modifications in wireless networks is presented, various technologies for the DFT-s-OFDM signal formation depending on the method of access to the subscriber, such as DFDMA, LFDMA and IFDMA, taking into account the bandwidth expansion factor, are analyzed.
