The method of revelation of pupils’ emotional maturity in modern education

This article is dedicated to the pupils’ problem of emotional maturity. Here we examine the definition of emotional maturity in native psychology. Developed model describes the reaction in emotional situations according to which the situation produces a reaction (an emotion) by cognitive, affective and conative variables. The higher the emotional maturity of the child is, the greater are the emotional reactions corresponded to the emotional reactions of adults, the smaller is the number of impulsive reactions. 498 pupils of 8-16 years participated in our experiment. Each pupil answered to the questionary specially elaborated for this research, which contained 20 questions and 4 variants of answers.
