Methodical work at school aimed at the formation of teachers' professional competencies in the field of development of students reading literacy

The article is devoted to the description of the system of methodological work in general education organizations aimed at the formation of teachers ' professional competencies in the development of reading literacy among schoolchildren. The author describes the features of the use of IOR (individual educational routes) for the professional development of teachers in general and the ability to use educational texts and tasks for them, which allow simultaneously developing subject knowledge and skills and reading literacy.
