Methodological framework for developing the compensatory competency of speaking

In the article we make an attempt to construct a methodological framework for developing the compensatory competency of speaking. This framework is focused on modern didactic and linguo-didactic approaches, such as competence-based, learner-centered and activity, cognitive and communicative, cross-cultural. It is a set of interrelated invariant elements, including goals, content, principles, methods and means of teaching, which in fact make it possible to develop the compensatory competency of speaking. We disclose in a generalized form the technology of its development on the example of using teaching methods as ways of managing activities; present a complex of exercises.
