Methodological aspects of the digitalization of the business processes of organizations in the transition to a digital economy

General digitalization covers almost all spheres of life, including economic processes, so the presence of feedback, online chat with employees of the organization, user-friendly interface and website design, 24/7 availability - these are the benefits that are already available to many, but this can not stop, and try to take advantage of all the benefits using the full potential of digital. All digitization activities should be carried out in stages, without haste, but it is important not to delay the process, so the company’s management needs to carefully work out a strategy and create an algorithm of consistent measures. The author schematically reflects the algorithm of digitalization of business processes, which includes both actions to determine the «useful» for the further activities of the organization of business processes, which are planned to be processed in the future in the process of digitalization, further by means of the formation of working groups and the formulation of strategic directions of digital transformation of both individual business processes and the organization as a whole to develop strategies and operational models of digital transformation, taking into account the new infrastructure with its roles, business processes, knowledge and models. The resulting models need to be tested in practice and an important point will be the willingness of management to such actions and possible consequences.
