The article is dedicated to the problem of development of scientific and methodical base of IT integration into the educational process applying Web 2.0. The content of the stages of Web 2.0 technologies' integration into educational process applying the methods of cooperative learning is presented in the article. The methodical algorithm of blog technologies' integration into the educational process created by S.V. Titova, G. Salmon's 5-stage model of moderation of teaching on-line through on-line networking and the technology of cooperative learning.
