Methodical aspects of measuring the level of organizational trust

The paper proposes a variant of considering the structure of organizational trust and a method for its measurement. The method includes a set of indicators for measuring the level of trust in colleagues and management, and also allows you to identify the severity of the elements that make up trust: assessments of goodwill and competence. The results of approbation of the methodology in the framework of a survey of employees of two large enterprises are presented. The results of the analysis of the reliability of the scale used are also presented and conclusions about its suitability are drawn.
