The article deals with methodological and informational aspects of building an integrated management strategy for the companys development and evaluation of business in Russia, analyzes the problems of forming and implementing strategies to maximize companys value in todays economy. The authors proposed a computational and analytical tools for the construction of an integrated management system strategy for the companys development and evaluation of business, allow for the adjustment of the target indicators of investment projects, as well as options for restructuring and organizational changes the company to informed decision-making under the requirements for the competitiveness of the company.
