On the example of the educational theme “Subjective civil rights” the author explores the organizational possibilities of such educational profile as methods. Using the functional of this part of the educational theory, the regularities of the educational development of the declared subject are investigated. The article touches upon the constitutional basis of the topic, the issues of non-existent in the educational process of systematization and classification of all possible varieties of subjective civil rights, the problems of their turnover. The article discusses methodological issues of substantive content of the topic, failures in the organization of knowledge of the topic at the level of General provisions of civil legislation. The author emphasizes the need to follow a visible distinction between the issue of the essence of subjective civil law and the issue of its implementation as independent in their content.
