Methodological bases of analysis of the organization status, identification of problems and prospects for its development

The article is devoted to the description of internal and external factors of enterprise development. The attention is focused on the need to use methods in the study of the state of the enterprise. The results of the PEST-analysis and SWOT-analysis of «AgroSelkhozSoyuz» are presented. A recommendation is given on the need to take into account the results of the author’s research when forming a strategy for improving the activities of «AgroSelkhozSoyuz».
