Methodological bases for assessing the quality of services of organizations of higher education in Russia

In the study, the author proposes an approach to solving issues related to assessing the quality of educational services provided by Russian universities, the purpose of this article is to develop a methodological approach that allows assessing the quality of educational services of Russian universities, considering the whole variety of factors affecting this element of the modern educational system. The paper substantiates the position that in the evaluation process it is advisable to use quantitative and qualitative assessment methods, they should be used in combination, and it is advisable to supplement the results obtained with marketing analysis tools that allow us to consider the problem of the quality of educational services from the point of view of the existence of a university in a marketing environment. The proposed approach allows us to determine the strength of the impact of various factors of the educational environment on the quality of educational services, bearing in mind quantitative assessments of the influence of strengths and weaknesses on the use of opportunities and protection against threats that are emerging in the marketing environment of a modern Russian university.
