Methodical foundation of the resources potential estimation of ophiolitic ultrabasites chromic ores

The technique of prognostic resources estimation of chromic ores which includes scientific bases and practical receptions of qualitative and quantitative estimation of prognostic resources and perspectives of chromite-bearing areas and deposits is developed. Scientific bases include the investigated laws of chromite-bearing ultrabasites accommodation in structures of folded area, as well as formation subdivision of ophiolitic ultrabasites and studying of the internal structure of chromite-bearing complexes. Then they take into opinion localization laws of chromic ores of different ore-formation types, the influence of metamorphism and tectonic processes on safety and quality of ores. Practical receptions of a qualitative and quantitative estimation of prognostic resources of chromic ores are found on long-term experience under the forecast and an estimation of chromite-bearing ultrabasic massifs of the Polar and Subpolar Urals.
