Methodological aspects of the design and implementation of e-learning course on calculus

The article presents the description of the elearning course on calculus for engineering students, and its implementation into the educational process within the model of e-learning, called learning with web support. It defines the requirements to organizational and pedagogical conditions promoting the involvement of students in learning activities. The article also offers competency-oriented forms of organizing lectures, practical lessons, and students' independent work and describes the use of active learning methods and teamwork.
