The article describes the universal attitudes of each person, affecting on physical health. Formation of student’s physical education is a process of transition of values of the contents of education in valuable relations of the person. To justify the value basis of the educational process of physical education at high school, it is necessary to determine the methodological approaches that can be relied upon in the formation of value relations of the student in the physical education. The authors consider the social factors that affect both the macro and micro levels of physical fitness. The article notes the most important component of the psychological factor on the physical condition and health. Competence and hermeneutic approaches are briefly considered. Describes in detail the standard warm-up classes before any physical education classes. Innovative methods of using the technique of "pranayama" and a variety of shaping are considered.
