Methodological approaches to assessing the efficiency of public procurements in the health care system

The article presents the results of a study of the works of Russian scientists and the provisions of regulatory legal acts related to the field of public procurement, focuses on the lack of a unified approach to assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of such purchases. The definition of the concept and the development of a unified algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of procurement activities will make it possible to develop specific and practically applicable recommendations for improving individual mechanisms of the contract system
