Efficiency of socio-economic programmes is assessed taking into account the fact that region development activities influencing the composition and characteristics of business internal and external environment are fulfilled without failure. This makes it possible to structure a complex of means and actions necessary to introduce socio-economic programmes, with the help of which region development should be managed.
