Methodological approaches to strategic planning

This article discusses the main methodological approaches available to date, to strategic planning. Their brief characteristics are described, the main advantages and disadvantages of several basic techniques are revealed. The relevance of the use of strategic planning mechanisms to improve the efficiency of enterprises is substantiated.
