Methodological approaches to the process of selection of climate control equipment for mini-hotels

The article highlights the peculiar performance features of ventilation and air-conditioning system in the context of mini-hotels, and provides a multi-criteria analysis whose results determine the choice of a particular ventilation and air-conditioning system. Every accommodation facility has to regularly reequip the engineering systems, or replace them in case they are unreequipable, as it significantly adds to guest satisfaction and contributes to the facility’s development. Decisions in favour of a particular set of equipment are to be made on the basis of a clear set of requirements to be met and a general review of the volatile equipment market.
