Methodological provisions on the rational organization and support of small business in the agricultural sector of the rural municipal area

The study formulated the concept of the rational organization of small business in the agricultural sector of a rural municipal region. It is proposed to include productive forces in the structure of the organization’s object, which include all types of resources, and economic entities of small business in the agribusiness sector. The leading functions of the subject of economic organization of the agro-industrial complex of the rural municipal region are proposed to include coordination of efforts of producers of the territory, determination of the development strategy of the agro-industrial complex of the district and planning the development of industries and activities of economic entities, regulation of relations between economic entities of the territory, their support, accounting, especially resources owned by the state and municipality, control, replenishment of the territorial budget. The necessity of supporting small businesses from local authorities at the district level is substantiated.
