Guidelines for improving the strategic management of industrial enterprise (on the example of “Elan-Kolenovsky sugar mill”)

The paper studied the theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management in accordance with the terms of the development of the Russian market economy, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the system of strategic management at the example of the sugar industry.
