Methodical approach to interregional assessment dynamic development of entrepreneurship

This article analyzes the methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of management of dynamic development of entrepreneurship, based on the calculation of local indicators of efficiency, productivity, effectiveness and their subsequent aggregation. On the basis of the analysis, the authors propose a methodological approach that provides for the calculation and measurement of the coefficients of the total relative economy of resources and efficiency of the system. At the same time, the authors believe that the assessment of the dynamic development of entrepreneurship can not be reduced only to the study of economic efficiency, but should also include social and expert components as criteria-based management features.
