Methodological approach to assessing and monitoring the risk tolerance of the investment and construction project management system

Throughout the world, the construction sector of the economy is a part of the country’s economic complex, which is responsible for the production of construction materials, construction of buildings, highways, industrial and social infrastructure facilities. It is subjected to special attention. The article discusses the main problems and ways to solve them in terms of risk management of the functioning of investment and construction project (ICP) systems. Criteria for assessing the risk tolerance of the ICP management system at various stages of work to meet the needs of a special military operation have been developed. The Russian Federation needs a comprehensive risk management program for the entire life cycle of ICP systems: from the investment and construction plan to decommissioning.
