The article describes the essential aspects of modern approaches to the evaluation of the innovation potential of the company. The developed theoretical under-stroke author offers methodological aspects of the evaluation capacity of sugar factories. Also a list of key performance indicators is provides, and example of validation study results for a particular facility is describes.
