Methodical approach to assessment of system effectiveness of motivation and stimulation of personnel

In work author's approach to a research of system of motivation of personnel of the enterprise is presented. It is designated that system approach to studying of motivation at the enterprise includes studying of factors of functioning of the enterprise, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of personnel of the enterprise, assessment of system effectiveness of motivation and stimulation of personnel of the enterprise, assessment satisfaction of personnel with the existing system of motivation. Approach to assessment of system effectiveness of motivation and stimulation is offered. Approach to assessment of satisfaction of personnel with the system of motivation is offered.
