The methodological approach to estimation of efficiency of the strategy of the company's development with using M&A

The successful development of the company directly depends on the effectiveness of strategic management of its resources. The formation and implementation of an effective basic development strategy, in particular through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), is the most important task facing the company's strategic managers. Currently, the methodological support for the process of assessing the effectiveness of development strategies is not sufficiently developed. In this article, the author develops a multi-stage methodology for assessing the effectiveness of a company's development strategy using M&A, based on analytical calculation and comparison of the dynamics of key performance indicators characterizing the strategy. In the future the developed methodology will allow more complex and effective evaluation of the effectiveness of strategic management.
