Methodological approach to determining of the enterprise personnel competitiveness

The article substantiates the scientific and practical relevance of the development of the theory and methodology of personnel competitiveness management. The mechanisms of formation and content of the concept of "personnel competitiveness" including its individual and organizational components are revealed. Theoretical concepts of the relationship between the concept of "personnel competitiveness" and interrelated phenomena are considered: "competitive potential", "labor potential", "enterprise competitiveness", "competitiveness of goods and services" and others. Based on the theoretical research, the author developed a methodological approach to assessing the competitiveness of personnel in terms of individual and organizational components. The article presents the results of empirical studies of the impact of personnel competitiveness on performance indicators and labor productivity with the justification of representativeness by the "nest sampling" method. Direct empirical dependences of labor efficiency and effectiveness on indicators ofpersonnel competitiveness are established and theoretically explained.
