Methodological approach to the management of active energy complexes in conditions of integration into the Russian industry

The article is devoted to the study of a methodological approach to managing active energy complexes functioning at industrial enterprises in Russia. The specific feature of active energy complexes is that they are operated within a unified system of managing all the objects of the distributed electricity generation at an industrial enterprise, and the objects of the enterprise’s production and auxiliary equipment consuming the energy resources from the Unified Energy System and a Unified Gas Supply System. Based on the study of the peculiarities of active energy complexes functioning at industrial enterprises in Russia, the authors have revealed and systematized a list of factors that should be taken into account when managing the operation of active energy complexes: price, energy market, external regime factors, and internal organizational factors, etc. In this paper, the features of the management actions have been identified depending on individual characteristics of each object of management of an active energy complex, and the authors have elaborated their original classification of the elements required for accounting in the process of managing as applied to the functional designation of an object (production or consumption of electric power and natural gas) and the handling environment (electric power and natural gas). The main result of the research is the development of a methodological approach to and a model of a stage-by-stage management of active energy complexes of industrial enterprises, which take into consideration the restrictions in the field of managing the operation of an active energy complex from the standpoint of an industrial enterprise, the specifics of interaction with the handling environment for electric power and natural gas, and the peculiarities of taking into account the pricing components of the purchased electric power and natural gas.
