Methodological support of swimming training process for 7–8-year-old children

Swimming lessons are beneficial to a human body, promote physical development, stimulate nervous, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, extend the capabilities of musculoskeletal system [E.N. Karpenko, 2006, p. 4]. Swimming is one of the best means of hardening and forming of a correct posture [E.K. Voronov, 2010, p. 4]. The ability to swim gives a sense of security in the larde water expanses of seas, lakes and rivers. In our opinion, it is important to form this knowledge on the stage of mastering swimming skills.
